Today, I will tell a tale about the time that two little bunnies went sailing in a hurricane.

Bunny was no ordinary bunny. Bunny was the softest, cuddliest, and bravest little bunny. He also happened to be the most favorite bunny of the bravest, cutest, and most determined boy in the whole world.
One day, while that little boy napped, the little bunny checked his email. To his great delight, Bunny found an email informing him that he had won a boat tour! He was so excited that his mommy came over to see what was up.
“I won a boat tour!” Bunny said. “But I don’t remember entering the contest.”
“It was me who entered your name,” said Bunny’s mommy, giving him a hug. “You’ve wanted to go sailing forever and I love seeing you happy.” She then gave Bunny a little kiss on his forehead.
Bunny looked at his mommy and asked if she would join him on the boat tour.
“I would love to,” she said.

On the day of the tour, the two little bunnies got into their car and drove to a small town called Pumpkinsville. It was here that they met the boat.
Before they boarded, Bunny’s mommy looked up at the clouds. The captain saw her gaze and told her not to worry. Weather was coming but they would be back on shore before it arrived. Relieved, Bunny and his mommy put on their life jackets and boarded the boat.
They had been at sea for about 40 minutes when the waves started to pick up and the gray clouds began to thicken and lower. When the heavy rain started and the wind began to wail, the captain made an announcement that they would be returning to shore and asked that everyone head below deck.
Bunny held onto his mommy and guided her safely below deck. As the boat was being tossed by the waves, Bunny and his mommy held onto a railing thinking nothing but positive thoughts.
After what felt like forever, land neared, and the captain was able to dock the boat. The captain made another announcement that all passengers could leave the boat.
Bunny and his mommy hurriedly left the boat and went to their car. As the two little bunnies drove home, Bunny thanked his mommy for entering his name in the contest. Even though the weather had been frightening, he had so much fun.
“I had fun too,” said Bunny’s mommy. “It’s always fun when we’re together. I love you.”
